George Bell, London, England. 1880. 2 vols., 8vo., First Edition with engraved frontispiece, engraved plates and numerous woodcut illustrations in the text; original terracotta cloth, boards elaborately blocked in blind, gilt spines. covers have some darker stains and show sings of fading; spines contain tiny tears. Volume II has a weak spine with some pages detached from bottom half. Both books are in very good condition. Includes 16 pages of publisher's catalouge in both front and back of each book.
