Zombie Books!
To be honest, this is not a popular genre round here. Zombie books take forever to be picked up and loved and I don’t know why! They’re action packed, often humorous and always interesting in both their characters and look at the world through a prism of well, the end of the world. I have to say, I’m keen on a good zombie thriller during a long week to get me out of real life and my head for a bit. I find reading these books much less gory than watching a zombie thriller on TV too. It becomes about more than just the blood and guts in the book, it's the story, the journey and characters themselves.
Although I’ve only delved into a few authors in this genre I know there are so many more good zombie books out there. These are the ones I’ve read and either loved or just found new and interesting. Go on, be brave and try something new.
